
After turning 80, Yakov Lieberman, a Holocaust survivor, decided to start an association that helps survivors from the former Soviet Union. But even though he made it to the Knesset, Lieberman couldn’t get past the clause that prevents donations to his association, and time is running out. It was only after contacting Israel Hayom newspaper and Kan Reka radio that he finally received an answer.
